3. User Accounts and Registration

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement

4. USER DATA RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• Data Input Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all data, information, ingredients, nutritional values, allergen information, portion sizes, recipes, and any other content you input into the Tasty7 platform
• Accuracy Obligation: You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading
• Verification Duty: You must independently verify all nutritional calculations and reports generated by our platform before using them for any purpose
• Professional Consultation: Nutritional information should be reviewed by qualified nutritionists or food scientists before publication or use

4.2 Comprehensive Liability Disclaimer

TASTY7 EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR:

• Incorrect Ingredient Data: Any errors in ingredient information, nutritional values, or allergen data you input
• Calculation Errors: Inaccuracies in nutritional calculations resulting from incorrect user input
• Allergen Information: Missing, incomplete, or incorrect allergen warnings or cross-contamination data
• Portion Size Errors: Incorrect serving sizes, weights, or measurements you provide
• Recipe Information: Errors in cooking methods, preparation techniques, or ingredient interactions
• Third-Party Data: Inaccuracies in any third-party nutritional databases or information sources you choose to import or reference
• Dietary Claims: Any health claims, dietary suitability claims, or nutritional marketing statements based on platform data
• Regulatory Compliance: Failures to meet FDA, local health department, or other regulatory labeling requirements
• Menu Changes: Nutritional information that becomes outdated due to recipe modifications, supplier changes, or seasonal variations
• Cross-Contamination: Allergen cross-contamination issues not properly documented in your input data

4.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tasty7, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provide
• Any harm caused by nutritional information you publish or distribute
• Any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from inaccurate allergen information
• Any regulatory violations or penalties related to nutritional labeling
• Any consumer complaints or legal actions related to your use of platform data

4.4 No Warranty on Calculations

• Tasty7 provides nutritional calculations as estimates only
• Results may vary based on ingredient variations, preparation methods, and other factors
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutritional calculations
• You use all platform-generated information at your own risk

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Use the Service for legitimate restaurant and food service business purposes
• Input accurate and honest information to the best of your knowledge
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Prohibited Uses

• Inputting false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate information

6. Intellectual Property

• Business interruption
• Loss of data or information
• Legal fees or regulatory penalties
• Harm to reputation or goodwill
• Customer complaints or lost business
• Health-related claims or allergic reactions
• Regulatory fines or compliance costs

10.2 Cap on Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.3 Essential Services Disclaimer

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION IS CRITICAL TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT RELYING SOLELY ON AUTOMATED CALCULATIONS WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL REVIEW MAY POSE RISKS TO CONSUMERS.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Pose a risk to other users or the platform

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• You may download your data for 30 days after termination
• Our liability limitations and your indemnification obligations survive termination
